I have acted before the courts at several levels, including the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

What you should know about me
When I work on your files:
- One of my specialties is to perform “legal emergency medicine” when you’re facing high stakes and short deadlines.
- I look at all aspects of the case: an argument that might look unpromising at first glance can, on analysis, prove to be decisive in a dispute.
- I am passionate about pleading. I love working to convince the Court, with the right arguments, to find in favour of my client.
When I take time for myself:
- I’ve been an avid sailor since 1994, having sailed my boat from Montreal to the Saguenay to New York to the Great Lakes Ontario, Erie and Huron (Georgian Bay); I’m also a member of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary.
- I’ve enjoyed riding my motorcycle for almost 50 summers.
- I’m also a scuba diving enthusiast, having worked my way up to divemaster, lifeguard and instructor.
