Guided by my intellectual curiosity and my passion for advocacy, I joined Forseti in the summer of 2026.
After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2004, I first worked in communications and management before starting a family. Convinced that common ground can often be reached through listening, persuasion and constructive dialogue, I later returned to university and earned a second Bachelor’s degree, this time in Law, in 2021. I began my legal career in civil and family law, where I discovered my passion and talent for advocacy.
I subsequently joined a law firm specializing in corporate and tax law, an experience that strengthened my rigour and attention to detail. In that role, I developed a particular interest in drafting corporate resolutions and agreements between directors and shareholders, corporate reorganizations, as well as negotiating asset and share purchase and sale agreements. This is where my deep interest in business law took root, along with my appreciation for finding solutions that are both effective and creative.
More recently, I headed the legal department of a company specializing in the design, manufacturing and integration of automation systems operating in international markets. My responsibilities included negotiating contracts with European and American suppliers and clients, intellectual property, employment law, immigration, cross-border transactions and litigation. I also participated in strategic management decisions an experience that taught me to frame legal advice considering the business decision it is intended to support.
Quickly immersed in complex, high-stakes matters and areas of law that were sometimes new to me, I confirmed what is undoubtedly one of my greatest strengths: my ability to adapt to the industry, the person I am advising and the urgency of the situation without ever compromising the rigour of my analysis.
Having practised law from several different perspectives as private counsel, in-house counsel and independently, now enriches the way I approach every mandate.
What You Should Know About Me

When I take time for myself:
- You’ll find me outdoors: in the winter, skiing downhill, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing; in the summer, hiking in the mountains, paddleboarding or on the golf course.
- My essentials: family, music and humour.
- My simple pleasures: having dinner one-on-one with my sons, travelling through Europe and oysters.
