With 30 years of legal practice, I joined Forseti as Counsel in December 2025 after serving as Senior Partner at my previous firm for more than 20 years, until it ceased operations in November 2025. Throughout my career, I have acted as a litigator and negotiator in a broad range of matters involving civil and commercial law, business law, construction law, and labour and employment law. Whether before the courts or at the negotiating table, in Québec and internationally, I draw on this experience to provide strategic, results-oriented representation.

As a businessperson and shareholder in several companies, including a civil engineering and infrastructure contractor where I hold executive and legal responsibilities, I have a firsthand understanding of the realities, risks, and strategic considerations facing entrepreneurs and business leaders. This practical perspective enables me to advise and represent clients with a strong focus on achieving commercially sound outcomes within the legal framework. I am committed to delivering practical, creative, and effective solutions through an approach grounded in excellence, strategic thinking, and the efficient resolution of disputes, always aligned with my clients’ business objectives.
