Italie Gagnon

Before joining the firm in 2025, I practiced as a civil and commercial litigation lawyer at a prominent provincial law firm, where I was involved in complex cases, notably in injunctions and Norwich procedures. Prior to that, I completed internships in civil and commercial litigation as well as immigration law, which helped me strengthen my skills across diverse legal fields.

As part of my academic journey, I participated in a student exchange program at UCLouvain Saint-Louis – Brussels. This experience enriched my understanding of issues related to international law and intellectual property law.

Determined and thoughtful by nature, I stand out for my rigorous, methodical, and transparent approach. I am fully committed to every mandate, striving to offer concrete, strategic, and tailored solutions that meet my clients’ specific needs.

What you should know about me

When I work on your files:

    • From the very first step, I conduct a thorough analysis to identify the legal and strategic issues at stake.
    • I communicate clearly and candidly about the risks, benefits, and limitations of each course of action.
    • I adopt a proactive, results-oriented approach.

When I have time for myself:

    • I love traveling, discovering new cultures, and immersing myself in the history of the places I visit.
    • On weekends, you’ll most likely find me on a ski slope, a golf course, or in a Pilates studio.
    • A curious epicurean, I’m always on the lookout for a new restaurant to try.
