I have been a litigator with Forseti since 2024. My practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, construction law and defamation law.

My versatility and ability as a litigator have been honed through numerous appearances before all levels of Quebec courts, as well as federal courts and certain administrative tribunals.

What you should know about me

When I work on your files:

  • I am available and attentive to your needs;
  • I pay close attention to the factual context of each case, like a detective at a crime scene. A seemingly minor factual element can sometimes turn out to be a devastating argument;
  • I approach each case with a pragmatic perspective, looking for the solution that’s best for my client, and always keeping in mind the proportionality of the issue at stake.

When I take time for myself:

  • I’ve been an avid road cyclist for many years;
  • In summer, I enjoy hiking and discovering the different mountains of La Belle Province;
  • I love to travel, as it allows me to discover new horizons and meet new people.
